Food & Feeds Wholesale Ltd was established in 1998 and trades under the name Kapani.

The company began as a small wholesale company on rented premises and has grown over the years to the largest meat processing plant in Malawi, incorporating an abattoir, meat processing factory for the processing of beef, pork, sheep, and poultry products and wholesale/retail outlet.
